Homelink provides care for clients who live in their own homes.

The type of care provided is divided into two areas, these being personal home care and domestic home care assistance.

Both Social Services and the Homecare Manager individually assess the level of home care needed.

Homelink currently has over 300 clients and provides approximately 3000 service sessions per week.

A new development for the service was the accreditation with Social Services to include child care; this service is now growing quickly.

Through the establishment of teams, the home care delivered to our clients has become more effectively provided, both in terms of the continuity of care and client familiarity of the delivered service.

We are also now an accredited Preferred Provider with Lancashire County Council Social Services.
